This heater works great. I used it in my family room (about 600 sf), which is in the basement, this fall before I fired up my coal stove, which heats the whole house. The flanes are very real looking.

Limited Warranty

The unit does not heat the amount of square feet advertised and beware of the "full three year" warranty. If you have a problem,they will send you a part and you have to put it on yourself....assumming the part they send is the right one. Get another brand.
