I installed this in the living room of my 5th wheel trailer. We rarely see temps below freezing, so this does a nice job of keeping my trailer toasty. The all steel construction is much better than the plastic De Longhi that it replaced. I have it wall mounted, so I can't comment on the wheels.RV's do not have unlimited current available, so the ability to run this on 5, 10 or 15 amps is very useful.Expensive, but worth it. The steel case can be opened, it therefore can be repaired.
