my new best friend

This little heater provides a lot of power for its size. I like how it moves about, back and forth, providing heat all around. It has a number of different settings, and I like that you can use it as just a fan in the summer time. You can also make it so that it doesn't turn back and forth, and just focuses on one spot. One reviewer said it's loud, but I think all space heaters make that blowing noise.The amazon ad says "desktop" mine doesn't say that so I bought it thinking it was a floor heater.. and it also says medium sized room, I'm using it in a large room just in front of the couch. I like it a lot and it makes me very warm and happy. If I was using it in a smaller room, it could probably heat the entire room. My build-in heater somehow was put in the ceiling.. and pointed away from this general area. So I bought this to keep my utility bill down. For the price of the product its really great, and it has a three year warranty. Not too many complaints, but it DOES has a fairly short cord, in my opinion, about 6 feet, and the manual says not to use an extension cord.
